Couple getaway with fine views
Beautiful hotel on the Grand Canal, the room was large, fine and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, room service arrived quickly, we were not charged for small items like coffee and croissants which was really appreciated.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

Totally recommend for a fleeting moment
Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, the stunning decor made us feel like we were staying in a palace, and the breakfast was a delightful experience with friendly staff who went above and beyond. You're only a short walk from the ferry stop to explore nearby islands.
Can’t fault anything about it.

Absolutely loved our stay! The elegant decor made us feel like we were in a museum. The breakfast options were delightful, though a bit lacking in variety. The spacious room exceeded my expectations from the photos!

My friends and I had an amazing trip! The location on the Grand Canal was perfect for exploring the Historical Regatta and The Italian Glass Weeks. Our room was lovely, the staff friendly, and the breakfast options were great. I loved the freshly squeezed juice bar! Dining on the terrace, watching boats pass by was a highlight. Highly recommend the rooftop views!
However, the service at one of the restaurants was slower than expected, which was a bit disappointing given the hotel's overall quality.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. I remember how the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents during my first stay. Their attentive service always stands out. Highly recommend it!

a perfect base for exploring venice's charm and history
Staying here was fantastic, especially with the hotel being just a few steps away from attractions like the Rialto Bridge and the breathtaking views along the Grand Canal. it really felt like we were in the heart of Venice's history while enjoying the opulent decor. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and comfortable room, but I did notice that the breakfast service started a bit late, which could be challenging for those with early plans.

The room was stunning with its historical décor, feeling more like a part of a museum than just a hotel. It was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning was tricky—either too cold or stuffy. Access was a bit awkward with a closet blocking the way. Internet was spotty too, couldn’t really get online when needed. Still, the unique vibes made up for some issues. Loved that it overlooked the Grand Canal.

Perfect for Wedding Vibes!
Had an amazing 3-night stay here for our wedding! The staircase and rooms were perfect for photos. The Grand Canal view from our suite was stunning. Staff was super helpful with our requests, and we came back to Prosecco waiting in our room! Only bummer was some spots felt a bit tight on space.
